JOB TITLE:  Endodontist

JOB DESCRIPTION:  Provides endodontic services to patients including but not limited to: Root canal therapy, Root canal re-treatment, Apexification and apexogenesis, Apicoectomy, Other procedures as needed. Coordinates the implementation of dental functions in order to meet patient care needs and industry and agency standards. Appraises patient dental needs and correctional methods. Reviews rules and standards and may recommend changes in procedures, as appropriate. Maintains patient records in chart of all dental services rendered. Complete periodic chart reviews. Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a valid license to practice dentistry in Texas. Must have completed an endodontic residency program in the United States. Certificate in Endodontics from accredited US university required. Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree required.

SALARY: $137,946.00.
